Sales and Customer Success Associate

This role will support the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role involves a variety of tasks, including assisting with sales operations, developing and providing customer support to ensure a positive experience.

Job Summary

Fenris is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a Sales and Customer Success Associate. This role supports Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, playing a vital part in both acquiring new clients and ensuring a successful onboarding and growth experience for existing ones.

You’ll be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and shepherding them through the early stages of the sales funnel. You’ll support ongoing client success through onboarding and proactive engagement while tracking performance against company goals such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and revenue growth. To thrive in this role, you must be organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ll be expected to lead by example-modeling integrity, kindness, decisiveness, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and set expectations for success
  • Apply our internal Sales Qualification Process and document interactions in HubSpot
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date sales funnel
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate next steps across the sales process
  • Track and report on metrics that support internal CAC and revenue goals

Customer Success

  • Help onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth hand-off from sales and a positive early experience
  • Build strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities to expand value and deepen engagement with current clients

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on messaging and lead quality
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure customer feedback informs future improvements

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a sales, customer success, or revenue operations role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or insurtech company
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales or onboarding pipeline and meeting performance goals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot; comfort working in Google Workspace and related tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly, concisely, and with empathy
  • Initiative and drive to take ownership of customer relationships and deliver value in every interaction
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and execute across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly, switch priorities, and contribute across the company as needed
