Marketing Manager

Fenris is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team!

 

Overview:

You enjoy creating compelling narratives and touchpoints to showcase the benefits to Clients, in this case establishing Fenris as a standout provider of predictive analytics in the insurtech industry.

You are highly motivated to deliver pipeline growth and revenue every month for our sales team by assisting with demand generation activities targeting companies which sell, or enable the sale of, personal and commercial lines insurance products.

You are a hands-on strategic and tactical marketer, leveraging a few select external consultants/ agency partners and your own skillset to drive exceptional results.

You serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and enjoy working with a small, collegial team of industry veterans in a trusting remote-work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will develop marketing campaigns, collateral, and positioning to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion of sales opportunities, while increasing the visibility of Fenris in the insurtech space serving carriers, large agencies, and innovative technology partners.

  • Lead the efforts for our marketing.  Plan and execute B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting business leaders, marketing leaders, operations and product owners, to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Create engaging, valuable content that demonstrates expertise and leadership, drives awareness, generates leads, nurtures opportunities, and can be used for customer engagement.
  • Develop messaging and positioning aligned with enhanced ideal customer profiles that attracts and engages new business sales opportunities, including our web presence, linkedin and twitter, email, sales materials, presentations, and conference sponsorships.
  • Track marketing campaign effectiveness and use data to inform and guide tactics that sharpen our results in lead generation and customer expansion.
  • Work with clients to develop customer testimonials, white papers, and other potential marketing collateral with their permission.
  • Be able to plan, organize and juggle multiple tasks with varying priorities
  • Lead by example by modeling integrity, kindness, decisiveness, and customer-focus in all your activities.

 

What we’d like to see from you:

  • 2-10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing management at a fast-growing data or machine learning company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills applied to our target audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns for a complex industry, ideally in financial and/or insurance B2B environment.
  • Work with urgency in fast-paced sales-driven environment.  Strong project management and delivery of results, with an ability to prioritize and emphasize what works in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or comparable experience
  • Exhibit a rounded knowledge of data, lead generation, business intelligence, customer acquisition, CX, CRM, and are comfortable with technical aspects, possess an innate curiosity for technology and understanding clients’ business challenges, and demonstrate self-motivation and pride in being part of a superstar team by sharing knowledge freely to improve everyone’s performance and reach company objectives
