Marketing and Customer Success Associates

Fenris is hiring for multiple positions in marketing, sales, business development, and customer success.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales and marketing efforts to our target enterprise customers who need our solutions.

We operate like a typical start up–quickly, we learn something new every day and have to manage multiple priorities at once. Here’s who we are looking for, and the roles you would perform.  

Marketing and Customer Success Associates

Responsibilities:

  • Develop market strategies and content that promotes our solutions to the right audiences
  • Proactively identify new opportunities by listening to customer pain points
  • Establish and maintain an online workflow to generate leads using linkedin, adwords, and other platforms, with a goal of getting leads from interested to signed up.  You may be generating unique content, webinars, customer success stories, newsletters, and more to increase awareness and drive more traffic in.
  • Listen to and understand customer pain points, and become fluent in how Fenris data and scores can give them the insight they need for better outcomes and to solve their pain points. 
  • Organize conferences and speaking engagements and work with outside agencies and partners on key presentations at industry events. We have a busy calendar for 2021, so you’re going to need to stay on top of what’s current and what’s coming up.
  • Be able to plan, organize and juggle multiple tasks with varying priorities

What we’d like to see from you:

  • 1+ years experience in sales, marketing, or account management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, STEM or equivalent experience
  • An understanding and ownership of customer onboarding from start to finish
  • Initiative and drive to own the customer relationship and deliver value in every interaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to bring new ideas to the team and improve processes
